This week saw the first audit on our token courtesy of Dessertswap! Overall, it was very positive but does highlight some issues. On this page, we have highlighted our responses to the audit and steps we will take to improve the project.

Our Response

The full audit is available at the bottom of this page in pdf format and on the Dessertswap website here. The following is a response to the negative points raised and how we will work to address them:

• Website was registered on 11/25/2020, registration expires 11/25/2021 This is an immediate flag – longer registrations (3+ years) are preferred. (page 3)
• As many of you will be aware Offy delivery ltd is a start up company registered with companies house in the united kingdom in order to provide a craft ale delivery business working with local breweries and at the time of inception Cryptocurrency did not factor into our plans and a registered domain with a 3 year term was not deemed necessary , When the website was originally set up a one year subscription was chosen as we were in the very early stages and wanted to secure the domain for ourselves, moving forward it would be in our best interest to secure a longer term for the domain and we will be doing this at renewal time. we would also like to remind our users that while Offy token is key to our growth as a business and we are committed to its maintenance and promotion, it is not our main business activity it is a funding token to raise capital for our craft ale delivery business we do however intend to integrate our token into the business more deeply once our webstore is up and running details will be available in our whitepaper to be published later this week.

• Unfortunately, the website failed the responsive check. Multiple broken elements were found on the website during browser resize. Resizing the website resulted in text being cut off mid-word, and the twitter follow button being inaccessible behind scroll bars. We would like to see these two issues fixed for the revised audit. (page 4-5)
• The website was put together by myself (Alexis Hulme) using google sites, while i do have experience of building websites with applications such as google sites and Yola i am by no means a web designer or developer, prior to publishing i checked on 3 different devices and had no issues however these two of these were the devices i used to build the website. I will test all pages using a system that lets me check on various types of devices and resolutions in order to improve navigation and responsiveness and take steps where necessary to resolve issues.

• We have found a token generator was used to create this contract address. This is generally a sign that no further development was done or will be done on the smart contracts. This may be common in projects that are not directly tied to cryptocurrency or have one singular utility for their token. Once we receive further details on the clear utility of the token, the risk may drop significantly in this category. The official contract code has not been published by the author. Similar code was found and verified on BSCScan and the audit was completed on the similar code. Similar code has passed general audit. No double spending, integer overflow, integer underflow, or major security risks were found in the similar code. • As stated in the audit offy token was indeed created using a token generator found here, the generator was created by Vittorio Minacori a web and blockchain developer who is not directly linked with the project, since the audit i have already reached out to bscscan and updated some of the details here i will reach out to Vittorio and see if he is able/willing to assist with the code. as for the utility of the token this is once again a funding token for a craft ale delivery business to raise capital we are however looking at options to ensure the token remains attractive after the initial funding stage details will be included in our whitepaper.

• Twitter profile created November 2020 Only tweet available is a link to a crowdsourcing platform No mention of cryptocurrency anywhere on twitter profile When clicking the link on Offy’s only tweet we were redirected to crowdfunding campaign for non technology / cryptocurrency related business Telegram currently has 4 subscribers No indication of what the project aims to do No community- telegram is an announcement only channel. Chat channel was found, however there is no direct link from the website or the announcement channel. Currently there are no Facebook or Instagram accounts for this BSC project (page 13-15)
• Our twitter profile is mainly aimed at our craft ale delivery business and while we will use it to promote our token it is not the main aspect or our business when we are up and running it will be mainly used to promote our webstore we will discuss internally whether a separate more dedicated twitter account would be beneficial or to keep crypto related tweets and encourage interested parties to use telegram to supplement. our referenced tweet regarding a crowdfunding campaign has now been removed as we have decided to create the token to raise capital as we believe this will create higher engagement and give us some fantastic opportunities for integration and holder rewards moving forwards . Our Telegram is indeed basic i am relatively new to the platform and while i see it as key to our success i would like to learn more and improve the chat and broadcast channel prior to encouraging further users the broadcast channel is linked from this website on every page using the banner above the chat is not however a link to the chat is available on the broadcast telegram i will look at making all of our social media accounts more visible and accessible, we do have a Facebook page however once again it is mostly dedicated to the craft ale delivery business we do not currently have an Instagram account personally i am not a fan of using a photo sharing site when you do not have any quality photographs to share. when we are up and running this will defiantly be used for the ale delivery business for showcasing new arrivals but as it stands we have no plans for a dedicated Offy crypto Instagram. as a priority we will work on developing our social media presence posting more frequently and engaging with the community we will also look into creating a dedicated Q&A page specifically for our token on our website.

• A valid token distribution chart was found on the Offy.uk website. The token appears to still be in the distribution process. Offy Delivered LTD has a single wallet holding the majority of Offy Tokens. While this is a cause for concern in some projects, this may also be an indicator of a project that is likely fairly new. Offy Delivered LTD was created at block # 5030174 which was approximately 7 days, 3 hours prior to the creation of this audit. Suggestion: Overall, we would like to see the #1 wallet drop below 40% holdings for lower risk. (page 16-17)
• We are indeed still very much in the distribution stage, BSCScan has updated details since this audit and we have started working with icobench to promote and distribute as well as help with website improvements when a purchase of offy token is made on our website we will match a purchase with an equal amount being added to the pancake swap liquidity pool the total maximum number of coins to be retained by the business is 35,000 (35%) and we will not remove liquidity the 35% will gradually be used to fund the business to avoid any disruptive whale transactions.

• Team is not listed on the website but through further research into the Crowdfunder campaign we are able to ascertain that the owner of this project is: Alexis Hulme of Andover England Background: Alexis is 36 years old. We were unable to locate a LinkedIn profile for Alexis. Alexis appears to be the only member of this team. We could not find a technical/development background of any kind. Alexis was verified as the business owner of the company on an official government website. Verification of the team leader does generally indicate lower risk.(page 18-19)
• Website to be updated with details of key team members (both the crypto side and the craft ale side) currently i (Alexis Hulme) am the sole person involved in the offy tokens development, others are involved with the ale business however i am the current sole director. For now my personal social media profiles are as follows

• And my LinkedIn which I have not used for many years but will look at updating and keeping current.
